Mayberry Early Learning Center, LLC
Play, Learn and Grow Together!
Mayberry Early Learning Center will ensure quality care that will enhance children's academic and social skills; while providing a fun, creative learning experience.
Mayberry Early Learning Center will offer childcare services and a fun, creative and educational curriculum designed for children 6 weeks through 12 years of age. Normal operating hours will be from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday - with observance to all major legal holidays.
Ten Commandments of Interactions with Children:
- Thou shalt not speak to a child from across the room
- Thou shalt get down on the child's eye-level and use children's names
- Thou shalt accept, help identify, and validate children's feelings
- Thou shalt teach and encourage children to use problem-solving
- Thou shalt be aware of tone of voice and speak to children respectfully, always mindful of their self-esteem
- Thou shalt ask open-ended questions to encourage thinking skills
- Thou shalt greet children warmly when they arrive, and continue to make them feel welcome and accepted throughout the day
- Thou shalt state things in a positive way, telling children what they can do, and not what they can't do
- Thou shalt serve as a positive role-model
- Thou shalt remember to use praise and positive reinforcement - including appropriate affection

Mayberry Early Learning Center offers the following services to the Moneta Community.
- Full and Part-time Child Day Care (ages 6 weeks to 5 years old)
- Full Day Pre-school Program
- Half Day Pre-School Program (9:00 to 11:45 am)
- Part-time Before/After School Care (including drop off and pick up at local schools)
- Summer Day Camp (ages 5 to 12 years old)
- "Kids Night Out" (time for children to have fun while parents are out)
- "Drop In" (ONLY when space permits & MUST have current application on file and all fees current)

- What are the days and hours of operation?
Our hours are from 6:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. - Monday thru Friday. - What are the ages of children you serve?
We serve children from ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. - Do you provide the meals for the children?
Yes, We serve breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack for children 12 months and older. - Are you a licensed child care center?
Yes, we are licensed and regulated by Department of Social Services. - Do you give a multi-child discount?
Yes, we give a 10% discount for the oldest child (full-time enrollment). - Do you accept DSS (Department of Social Services) payments?
Yes, we accept DSS payments. - Do you offer a half day Pre-K program?
Yes, we do offer a half day Pre-K program. It's from 9:00 A.M. to 11:45 A.M. - Monday thru Friday.

Hiring Mayberry Early Learning Center staff is done with great care and consideration. As the owner I (Jennifer) act as the Director and my husband (Neal) handles the nutritious meals and the bus runs. Our Lead Teachers and Teacher Aides come to the Center with over 25 years of experience. Every staff member goes through an extensive back ground check. All staff members at Mayberry Early Learning Center are required to complete a certain amount of training hours each year.
Our Lead Teachers are required to plan age appropriate lesson plans for their classrooms. These Lesson Plans must be turned in to myself and approved prior to use.
Mayberry Early Learning Center staff is very loving, personable and are here because they enjoy working with children!!
